Our Youth Track & Field Program develops motivated athletes through speed, strength, endurance, and discipline in a competitive yet supportive environment.
BUILDING ELITE ATHLETES
Our program offers comprehensive training in track and field events including sprints (55m, 100m, 200m, 400m), distance running (800m, 1500m), relays (4x100m, 4x400m), and field events such as long jump, shot put, and turbo javelin.
Led by experienced coaches, athletes develop speed, strength, endurance, and coordination while learning sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline. The program emphasizes track and field fundamentals, and encourages every participant to reach their personal best.
Ages 5-18 welcome. All skill levels.
